Leading on Purpose, our integrated leadership model, guides leaders to develop knowledge, skills, and tools in 5 core dimensions of leadership: mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and social. From one-hour keynotes to full-day retreats and two-day conferences we offer 5 training programs, which each emphasize a different dimension of leadership development.
